Let’s face it, in midlife the terrain is changing, and so are you! What used to “work” is no longer working and your body is inviting you to pay attention and PAUSE.
Who: Anyone looking for a deeper understanding of this phase of life and how to best support yourself as you navigate perimenopause and menopause.

Where: in my personal “Zoom Room” -sessions will be recorded if you can’t make every session
What: This small group workshop is a mix of learning the ins + outs of perimenopause and menopause and what that means for your health and your life.
