That’s what my doctor told me when I was experiencing a bunch of symptoms in my late 30’s. No explanation, no plan, just a pat on the back and a “join the club!”
Like so many women, I was left to figure it out alone. I was following all the experts, doing all the “right” things, yet nothing was helping.
I was overwhelmed by my symptoms and information overload
I was exhausted, stressed and having trouble sustaining all of the ‘healthy habits’
I was unsure of how to balance work, family and self-care
My doctor was saying this was all normal…yet I felt anything but normal.
Through my journey to “figure it out,” I learned the most important lesson of all:
The health and wellness culture won’t solve the primary issues of midlife and beyond. I’m talking ‘the eat less, move more, and the magic will happen – you just have to try harder, wake up earlier, and DO MORE!’ narrative. Sure, that may have worked in my 20’s + 30’s…but not anymore.
Once you hit midlife, your body is asking you to do something different, sometimes it whispers and sometimes it screams…but it’s asking you to PAUSE.
And what a gift that was. When I stopped trying to power through and started listening to what my body was truly asking for, that pause changed everything.
And it led me here.
I created a club that I couldn’t find when I was navigating all of these changes alone, and you’re invited!

It’s a club for women like us! Women who are navigating the physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts of midlife with questions that don’t have quick fixes. Together, we honor the complexity of this season. Yes, we talk about hormones and hot flashes, but we also explore identity, grief, joy, and growth with presence, not pressure.

There are 3 chances to catch a call:
The Workshop Call is on the second Monday of the month at 6:30pm (est). This will be recorded and put into the member portal.
There are 2 options to attend a ‘Midlife Mastermind Call for discussion, coaching and support. The 4th Wednesday of the month at 8:30am and 4th Monday of the month at 6:30pm.

That’s exactly why this community exists. Pause Together is designed to meet you where you are—with bite-sized support, not more to-do lists. You don’t have to do everything. Even showing up for one call or trying one small practice can shift everything.

You don’t need to show up live to get value. Workshop calls are recorded and shared in the member portal, so you can watch (or rewatch) on your own time.
The group chat is an additional resource to get support as well!
