There will be the a workshop, educational call on a topic within one of the 6 Pillars of Midlife Wellness on the second Monday of the month at 6:30pm (est). This will be recorded and put into the member portal.
There are 2 options to attend a live ‘open office hours” Q + A call to get support, coaching and support. The 4th Wednesday of the month at 8:30am and 4th Monday of the month at 6:30pm.

That’s exactly why this community exists. Pause Together is designed to meet you where you are—with bite-sized support, not more to-do lists. You don’t have to do everything. Even showing up for one call or trying one small practice can shift everything.

You don’t need to show up live to get value. All calls are recorded and shared in the member portal, so you can watch (or rewatch) on your own time. This community is designed to fit into your life—not take it over.
