Do I have to be a certain age to join?
This retreat is geared towards women in their 40’s and 50’s, however, I truly believe it’s never too early or too late to gain control of your health!
What if I am not sure that I am in perimenopause or even know anything about perimenopause, can I still join?
Yes! You are not alone if you aren’t quite sure if you’re in perimenopause or know much about it...because the fact is, no one is talking about it! My work was born from this very notion and is designed to help you gain clarity on where you’re at, and more importantly what you can do about it!
What is included in the half-day retreat?
The price of this retreat includes our time together, resources to support what you’ll learn and uncover over the course of the morning as well as some surprise goodies, light nourishing snacks and drinks.
What is the itinerary?
The general itinerary is as follows:
9:00-10:00am “Uncovering the Roadmap”
Welcome, When, How + WTF of Perimenopause, and discussion of where you find yourself ‘now’
Where Are You Going? A reflection of what is your vision for your future
10:15- 11:15am “Building Resilience”
Understanding and Practicing Nervous System Regulation -the key to a resilient perimenopause + menopause
11:30-12:30pm “Nutrition, Exercise and Sleep for Hormone Health”
Discussion, Practice and Resources to make these foundations of health easily fit into your life specific to perimenopause + menopause
12:30-1:00pm Discussion + Questions
What do I need to bring to the retreat?
All you need to bring is yourself, an open mind and a willingness to discuss all sides of perimenopause + menopause! Wear cozy clothes that you can easily move in and socks (no shoes in the classroom)...I’ll provide everything else.
