Hi, I’m Allison Poole. I help women in their 40’s + 50’s learn to appreciate and work with (not against) their changing bodies for optimal health now and for decades to come.

Perimenopause can be confusing, overwhelming, frustrating, unpredictable, and lonely. But it is also an opportunity

  • to ditch old habits + narratives of who you should be 

  • to learn more about yourself, both body + mind

  • build strength + resilience to feel your best now…and for decades to come. 

I combine my 18 years of clinical experience as a physical therapist, integrated health coach, and my own personal health journey to provide women modern, strategic guidance so they can gain control of their health and feel like themselves again!
